    Led the visual design refresh of the LX25 software during the engineering transition to Linux, aligning the interface with 3M design standards ahead of the Neogen acquisition.

    Responsive Web Product & Rental Portal
    Digital portal that provides healthcare professionals with access to therapy resources, patient management tools, and product support. Launched in November 2023, and is expected to handle over $400 million in annual revenue.

    Delivered responsive layouts and key workflows including login, password reset, reports, CAPTCHA, product summaries, education content, and EULA flows for 3M in collaboration with the lead UX designer prior to the Solventum visual design refresh.

    Responsive Web & Mobile Clinician Scheduling Platform
    A scheduling platform that helps nurse managers and clinical staff create, manage, and balance hospital schedules while reducing administrative burden. Now called CrewPlace.

    Led research on nurse schedule balancing practices to inform the UX architecture and logic of a smart balancing algorithm. Designed core design system components including dynamic navigation, calendar printing, and scheduling interface elements.
